Understand the detail behind the demonstration.

1. Information, not a site-specific design
This website introduces PST Solar’s services and illustrates solar and battery concepts. It is not a structural assessment, electrical installation plan, professional financial advice or a binding offer. A qualified assessment of your premises, consumption, roof, supply and regulatory requirements is needed before selecting or installing a system. Do not use the Energy Demo as a wiring or safety guide.
2. Output, savings and batteries
Panel wattage is a rated value under standard test conditions, not continuous output. Actual generation and bill savings depend on weather, shading, temperature, orientation, system losses, equipment condition, consumption timing and the applicable tariff and export arrangement. Forecasts, payback periods and examples are estimates, not guaranteed results.
Battery capacity is not the same as usable backup energy. Runtime and backup availability depend on state of charge, reserve settings, degradation, connected loads, inverter capability and the installed changeover and protection arrangement. A grid-connected solar system does not automatically operate during a power outage. Confirm backup scope in the project design.
3. Energy Demo and visualisations
The Energy Demo is an illustrative simulation, not live readings from a customer installation. Malaysia-time controls, animated energy flows and example loads are for explanation. The example array uses eight 650 W modules (5.20 kWp) and an illustrative battery; actual equipment and performance vary. Circuit colours distinguish functions and are not installation wire-colour instructions.
Architectural renders, illustrative images and 3D scenes illustrate possibilities; they are not evidence of completed PST projects unless specifically identified as such. Furniture, vehicles, scenery and equipment appearance do not form part of a quotation unless expressly included.
4. Environmental and portfolio figures
Capacity totals describe the stated project footprint, not annual electricity output. The homepage’s 441,600 MWh/year energy estimate uses 368 MWp × 1,200 kWh/kWp/year. Its 326,784 tCO₂e/year estimate uses that energy × 0.74 tCO₂e/MWh. These are illustrative annual estimates, not metered generation, independently verified emissions reductions or issued carbon credits.
Actual yield and avoided emissions depend on commissioning dates, operating conditions, location, the applicable emissions factor and accounting method. The example factor is not a claim that it is the current official factor for every Malaysian grid. Request the basis and supporting project information before using website figures in procurement, financing or sustainability reporting.
5. Approvals, brands and partnerships
Tariffs, Solar ATAP arrangements, incentives, connection rules and eligibility may change. Approval, export rights, rebates and financing are subject to the relevant authority or provider and are not guaranteed by this website. Logos identify relevant organisations or technologies; displaying a logo alone does not establish endorsement, agency, accreditation or a commercial partnership. Confirm any claimed registration and its scope for your project.
Partnership enquiries are invitations to discuss potential projects, not offers of securities, deposits or guaranteed investment returns. Any collaboration requires due diligence, appropriate approvals and a separate written agreement. Obtain independent legal, tax and financial advice before committing funds.
