1. About these terms

This website is operated by PEMBINAAN SEGALA TEGUH SDN. BHD. (201201028898 / 1013385-A), trading as PST Solar. These terms explain permitted website use. Read them with our Privacy & personal data notice and Disclaimer. They do not replace a signed project agreement or remove rights granted by Malaysian law.

2. Enquiries, products and contracts

Submitting a form, using a calculator, viewing a product or discussing a partnership does not by itself place an order, appoint us, reserve equipment or create an investment agreement. Automated acknowledgements confirm receipt only. Free quotation requests carry no obligation to purchase; any chargeable survey or service must be separately agreed.

Project scope, final design, equipment, price and taxes, payment, timing, approvals, cancellation, commissioning and warranties must be confirmed in the applicable written quotation or agreement. Product listings are subject to availability and confirmation. Website illustrations do not extend manufacturer warranties or promise that a particular product suits your premises.

3. Copyright and the Energy Demo

PST reserves its rights in original content it owns, including website copy, original software, visual compositions and the Energy Demo’s original presentation, animations and 3D arrangement, to the extent protected by applicable law. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial licence.

You may view the site and keep reasonable copies for privately evaluating our services. Unless law or the relevant licence permits, prior written permission is required to reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, embed or commercially reuse protected PST material, including copying the Energy Demo into another website or product. Do not remove ownership notices or represent our work as your own.

Third-party logos, libraries, equipment designs and licensed assets remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. We do not claim exclusive rights over sunlight, solar-system concepts, facts or general functionality. Send permission requests or suspected infringement details to info@pstsolar.com, including the relevant URLs and evidence of ownership or copying.

4. Responsible use and submissions

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, overload the website, submit malicious code, impersonate others or send unlawful or misleading material. Administrative access is restricted to authorised users. Provide accurate enquiry information and submit only materials you are entitled to share. We may restrict abusive access where reasonably necessary to protect the service.

You retain your rights in material you send us. You permit us to use it only as needed to handle your request and any separately agreed project, subject to our privacy notice. Sending an enquiry does not give us unrestricted permission to publish your name, property photos or testimonial.

5. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care with website content but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that general information meets every individual requirement. External sites have their own terms and security practices. Confirm important technical and commercial details with us before acting.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational website, including loss of anticipated profit or business opportunity. This does not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability, consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not reduce obligations under an agreed project contract.

6. Questions, changes and Malaysian law

These website terms are governed by Malaysian law; competent Malaysian courts may hear disputes, without restricting any statutory tribunal or consumer remedy available to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as legally possible.

Revisions will be posted with an updated date and apply prospectively to website use. They do not retrospectively change an accepted quotation or contract. English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese versions are provided to assist understanding; interpretation remains subject to mandatory law and any separately agreed contract terms.
